If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Crust Pizza requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. JDOG555 (talk) 03:10, 4 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Crust Pizza has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unsourced. Nothing to establish WP:notability

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. noq (talk) 20:59, 12 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Tim Gilbert requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Hi. When you recently edited Triple M Network, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Nathan Brown (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 14:13, 4 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on 5AA. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Bidgee (talk) 10:28, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Stop adding program guide at 5AA

[edit]

WP:NOTRADIOGUIDE forms part of the Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not policy (which must be followed). Program guides are not to be added in any article. Bidgee (talk) 10:32, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have reported your restoring of the program guide at the WP:3RRNB. Bidgee (talk) 10:54, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit-warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. The article Michael Rowland (Australian television presenter) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Uploading images

[edit]

Hi there, I see that you are trying to add images to some articles, such as Dennis Cometti. You have to upload them to wikipedia first, either here or at commons.wikipedia.org. However, they MUST be appropriately licenced - almost without exception you can't just take a photo you find on google images or a website and upload it. For living people the easiest way to is take a photo your self. You can't scan in a photo from a book or a newspaper either, the copyright still lies with the original photographer. If you need any more info, please read WP:IMAGES. Regards, The-Pope (talk) 00:09, 11 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Mel & Kochie for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Mel & Kochie is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mel & Kochie until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. StAnselm (talk) 10:23, 27 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A page you started has been reviewed!

Thanks for creating Jim Wilson (sports journalist), JamesM403!

Wikipedia editor Nittmann just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:

it is pretty short, but he seems to be an Australian notable person in the sports reporting area, and the historical item for Australia, first married couple anchoring a news show.

To reply, leave a comment on Nittmann's talk page.

November 2012

[edit]

Thank you for your contributions. One of your recent contributions to Paul Henry (broadcaster) has been reverted or removed, because it contains speculative or unconfirmed information about a future event. Wikipedia has a policy called "Wikipedia is not a crystal ball", which discourages such edits. Please only add material about future events if it is verifiable, based on a reference to a reliable source. Thank you. Dl2000 (talk) 03:22, 18 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
